Studio A is the flagship studio at CMS Studios — designed for artists, producers, and creators who expect excellence. This professional, state-of-the-art space combines industry-standard equipment with a welcoming, creative atmosphere, ensuring every client leaves with their vision fully realized — while feeling right at home. Equipped with premium microphones, vintage and modern hardware, acoustically treated rooms, pianos, drum kits, guitars, dual mix boards, dual Universal Audio Apollo interfaces, and over a dozen synths and drum machines, Studio A provides everything you need to bring your sound to life. “Well-equipped” is an understatement. And yes — we deliver atmos spacial audio, too.
Cancellation Policy
CMS Recording Studio Policies General Guidelines Booking and Payments: Sessions are available by appointment only. To secure your session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the session begins. We accept [list payment methods]. Cancellations must be made at least 24hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once; further changes may incur additional fees. Session Start and End Times: Your session begins and ends at the scheduled times. Arriving late will not extend your session. If you need additional time and the schedule permits, overtime may be available at an extra hourly rate. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up and prepare for your session. Disruptive guests may be asked to leave, and repeated issues could result in the session being terminated without refund. Personal Items: Be mindful of your belongings. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. At the end of your session, double-check for personal items to avoid inconvenience. Respect the Space: Help us maintain a clean and professional environment. Trash bins and cleaning supplies are available for your use. Food and beverages are permitted in the kitchen area only. Prohibited Substances and Behaviors No Alcohol or Marijuana: The possession, consumption, or influence of alcohol or marijuana on studio premises is strictly forbidden. Any client or guest found violating this rule will have their session immediately terminated, with no refund. Repeated violations may result in being banned from future bookings. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is not allowed inside the studio or on the building premises. Smoke residue can damage sensitive recording equipment, so this rule is strictly enforced. Respectful Conduct: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
