Cancellation Policy
CMS Recording Studio Policies General Guidelines Booking and Payments: Sessions are available by appointment only. To secure your session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the session begins. We accept [list payment methods]. Cancellations must be made at least 24hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once; further changes may incur additional fees. Session Start and End Times: Your session begins and ends at the scheduled times. Arriving late will not extend your session. Any client or guest found violating this rule will have their session immediately terminated, with no refund. Repeated violations may result in being banned from future bookings. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is not allowed inside the studio or on the building premises.
