Cancellation Policy
CMS Recording Studio Policies General Guidelines Booking and Payments: Sessions are available by appointment only. To secure your session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the session begins. We accept [list payment methods]. Cancellations must be made at least 24hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once; further changes may incur additional fees. Session Start and End Times: Your session begins and ends at the scheduled times. Arriving late will not extend your session. If you need additional time and the schedule permits, overtime may be available at an extra hourly rate. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up and prepare for your session. Trash bins and cleaning supplies are available for your use. Food and beverages are permitted in the kitchen area only. Prohibited Substances and Behaviors No Alcohol or Marijuana: The possession, consumption, or influence of alcohol or marijuana on studio premises is strictly forbidden. Any client or guest found violating this rule will have their session immediately terminated, with no refund. Repeated violations may result in being banned from future bookings. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is not allowed inside the studio or on the building premises.
